2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp castor sugar
150 gr flour
100-150 cc milk
3 tbsp butter(melted)
50 gr cheddar cheese (optional)
any jams or fresh fruits (optional)

Beat the eggs until solved. Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Make hole in this mixture and put in the eggs batter. Mix it slowly until getting smooth & thick batter. Put in the melted butter and any optional ingredients (cheese or raisins).

Heat a flat pan with a bit butter or oil on it. Pour in three tablespoon of the batter or more if you want bigger size of pancake. Cook it until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm with your favourit (butter, jams, fresh fruits, cream or ice cream)
