Last weekend I found and bought a bunch of Genjer (Limnocharis Flava), a tropical vegetable, in Carrefour Supermarket. Genjer is an Indonesian local name for a tropical vegetable which grow a lot on a silty soil. You probably feel a bit difficult to find it...

Yummy Fake Shoarma!

Two weeks ago: Lagi pengen masak, tapi bingung masak apa. Tiba-tiba kebayang2 shoarma. Masakan khas Turkey yang bumbunya berbau-bau arab gitu (gimana coba bau arab? ) Jadi aja bikin kreasi kya gini: Ternyata bumbunya ga susah en bisa kok mirip rasa dan aromanya…cuma perlu latihan...
